All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling.
Delivery
When products are currently in stock, we aim to process and despatch all orders within 3 days. However, if any items are not currently in stock, delivery may be delayed. Please therefore allow up to 28 days. We aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order. If you require an update at any stage though, please do not hesitate to contact our sales team via the 'Contact Us' button at the top left of this page..
Parcels are sent with the Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Interlink Express (Delivery via Parcel Force or Interlink is between Mon - Fri 7.30am - 3pm). We can only deliver to your delivery address given at the time of order. Some orders will need to be signed for on delivery. After they have been sent we can not change the delivery address for any reason. Orders canceled or refused on delivery after they have been sent will incure a redelivery / return fee of £15 (excatly what Interlink charge us to return a package to us, plus our outgoing postage charge)
Part shipping of orders is done at our own descretion.
IMPORTANT - Please ensure the address you provide is 100% correct, full and complete with postcode. You will be sent an email after ordering that confirms your order details. Make sure they are correct. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit if the postcode or other parts of your address are wrong.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please make your selections carefully. We will accept returns providing these are made within forteen days of you recieving your goods AND the item reaches us in its original condition (the item must be unopened) - You do not have to give a reason. Please contact us before returning any item.
All refunds will be processsed within 14 days. Please note that we can not refund the postage on any items returned to us. If returning a product to us, please email us with the details before doing so. We can not refund the shipping cost of delivering the products to you.
Customer Services
We aim to offer an efficient and courteous service to our customers. It is our policy to acknowledge all orders and notify you of an expected despatch, and to meet this date in the vast majority of cases. International Orders
We aim to send all international orders as soon as possible. Sometimes we will require further information before we can dispatch an order. We will contact you if this is required. On rare occasions we will have to refund some international orders for various reasons including the overall size of the order, concerns over delivery etc.
Customer Complaints
If you unhappy with the service you recieve from World Ideas please contact us imdetaildly so we can correct the situation. All emails we be responded to within 3 days. We will also keep you informed of everything we are doing to correct the situation until the problem has been solved.

Your details will not be passed on to any third parties. We may, however, periodically email you with information relating to this website and any forthcoming affiliated sites. If you wish to be removed from any mailing lists, please contact our sales team.

For security purposes all credit card transactions are handled via a secure server and processed by WorldPay, our online clearing agents. BargainBrands.co.uk have no access to your credit card details. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard etc) and Switch.

WEEE Regulations:
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)
Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make
producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery
of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also
mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops
and internet retailers must allow consumers to return
their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around
5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream
in the UK.
Much of the UKs WEEE ends up in landfill, where
the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil
and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect
on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired
or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural
finite resources and also reduces the environmental
and health risks associated with sending electrical
goods to landfill.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment
(EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of
WEEE going into landfill sites.
World Ideas Ltd is obliged under these regulations to
offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on
a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical
or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a customer bought a new steam mop from
us we would accept their steam mop and prevent it going
into a landfill site by disposing of it safely.
Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28
days of purchasing their new item.

Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods
should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin
symbol shown below:
Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they
were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be
disposed of separately from normal household waste so
that they can be recycled.
